Welcome to Koblip Food ("Koblip," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Koblip Food website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

  • Pickup orders

  • Restaurant ordering

  • Vendor services

  • Payment processing

Restaurants, vendors, and delivery partners are independent businesses or individuals and are not employees of Koblip unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful information.

  • Use only one account unless otherwise permitted.

  • Keep your password secure.

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

  • Not transfer or sell your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate.

  • Delivery addresses are correct.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Prices, taxes, delivery fees, and other charges are displayed before checkout.

An order is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed by the restaurant or vendor.

5. Prices and Availability

Prices shown in the app may change without prior notice.

Restaurants and vendors are responsible for:

  • Product availability

  • Menu accuracy

  • Pricing

  • Product descriptions

If an item becomes unavailable, your order may be modified, partially fulfilled, or canceled.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

You agree to pay:

  • Product prices

  • Delivery fees

  • Service fees (if applicable)

  • Taxes

  • Tips you voluntarily provide

If payment cannot be completed, your order may be canceled.

7. Refunds

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Refunds may be granted for reasons including:

  • Incorrect items

  • Duplicate charges

  • Delivery issues

  • Other verified problems

Refund decisions are made based on available evidence and the circumstances of each order.

8. Delivery

9. Pickup Orders

10. Promotions and Coupons

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Commit fraud.

  • Use another person's payment method without authorization.

  • Interfere with the Services.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Abuse restaurants, vendors, delivery partners, employees, or other users.

  • Submit false orders.

  • Manipulate ratings or reviews.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the platform without authorization.

12. User Content

You may submit:

  • Ratings

  • Reviews

  • Photos

  • Comments

  • Feedback

You retain ownership of your content but grant Koblip Food a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for operating and improving the Services.

You must not post unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.

13. Restaurant and Vendor Responsibilities

Restaurants and vendors are responsible for:

  • Menu accuracy

  • Pricing

  • Food quality

  • Food safety

  • Compliance with applicable laws

  • Order preparation

Koblip Food is not responsible for the quality or safety of products prepared by independent vendors.

14. Delivery Partner Responsibilities

Delivery partners are responsible for:

  • Delivering orders safely.

  • Following applicable traffic laws.

  • Protecting customer property.

  • Handling orders with reasonable care.

Delivery partners are independent service providers unless otherwise stated.

15. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Koblip Food, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Software

  • Designs

  • Graphics

  • Text

  • Icons

  • Databases

is owned by or licensed to Koblip Food and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

16. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

  • Perform maintenance.

  • Update features.

  • Modify functionality.

  • Suspend or discontinue parts of the Services.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Engage in fraudulent activity.

  • Abuse the platform.

  • Harm other users.

  • Use the Services unlawfully.

You may stop using the Services or request account deletion at any time.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koblip Food disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koblip Food and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Services for the order giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koblip Food, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and the competent courts or dispute resolution procedures governing Koblip LLC, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Koblip Food regarding your use of the Services.
